Refund and Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds available from ApnaresearchPlus. Any service that has been subscribed to is non-cancelable and non-refundable. A service may, however, be put on hold at the subscriber’s request for a limited time; this will be disclosed to the client upon request. The service will be discontinued after the date of the holing period.

Apna Research Plus will see to it that all client complaints are immediately addressed. The customers can file a complaint by writing to the Apna Research Plus support platform (Please do write to us at support@apnaresearchplus.in). If the client’s complaint lodged on the support platform is not resolved within 30 working days, the customer may file a complaint on the SCORES platform (SEBI complaints resolution system scores.sebi.gov.in).

After exhausting the above options for resolution of the grievance, if the investor/client is still not satisfied with the outcome, they can initiate dispute resolution through the ODR Portal: https://smartodr.in/login.
